Inspired by the popularity of our fried chicken and sparkling wine tastings, we have decided to change things up a bit. This month we will be experimenting pairing different grilled cheeses with our lineup of 5 various sparkling wines. The biscuit and toasty flavors in champagne will pair perfectly with a perfectly browned slice of bread while the acidity and fruit will counter the saltiness and fat that the cheese brings to the table. Not necessarily an orthodox food pairing, but fun and delicious nonetheless.
