Shipping Policy

We accept online orders for wine shipping to most states, however, due to changing direct-shipping laws and regulations, the list of states that we ship to may change at any time. Below are the states we currently ship to.  All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation as to the rights of anyone to import wine into any state outside of California. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order.

Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. If there is a delay, we will attempt to contact you via email.

Since wine is vulnerable to extremes in temperature, and we have no control of the conditions of a carriers warehousing facility, the day in which your order is processed may affect when you receive it. Orders placed in the later part of the week will be held until the beginning of the following week.

Currently all wine is shipped via UPS.

Inventory Notes
It is our goal to maintain an accurate listing of our inventory on line.  If an item is out of stock or a new vintage has been released, we will email you with this new terms/information for your approval prior to order processing.

Pricing
All prices are subject to change.  We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing. We will email you with new pricing for your approval prior to order processing.

Payment Options
The Wine Crush accepts payment through the following credit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover®.  We also accept PayPal.

Sales Tax
California state sales tax of 7.75% will be applied to all orders shipped within California. New Hampshire state sales tax of 7.75% will be applied to all orders shipping to New Hampshire.

Returns & Cancellations
By law, we are unable to accept returns on wine unless the product is corked or flawed.  We are also unable to accept returns on wine that has been damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all cancelled orders.

Security
All orders placed at www.thewinecrush.com are secure. Orders are encrypted and transmitted through the use of SSL (secure socket layer) protocol.
