One third whole-cluster fruit was aged for sixteen months in French oak, of which 25% was new. A moderate ruby color leads towards aromas of red plum, black cherry and chicory. Flavors of wild red fruits, anise and sweet birch compliment a medium, elegant texture with firmness from the whole clusters. This wine is complex and layered yet slightly brighter than the 2012 Eldritch Hyland. 200 cases produced.
