This blend maintains freshness and mineral edge derived from the Grenache Blanc. Viognier, picked riper for developed flavor expression, provides aromatic complexity and an enhanced mouthfeel. From Martian Ranch, a biodynamically farmed vineyard in the cool Los Alamos Valley. This wine was allowed to ferment spontaneously, with native yeasts indigenous to the vineyard, further showcasing its regional character.
