Cooper Mountain 2019 Chardonnay
On the south western facing slopes of an extinct volcano in the late 1970‚ founders and pioneers Bob and Corrine Gross first married chardonnay to the soils of Cooper Mountain. The vines have seen the evolution of the Oregon, have welcomed a new generation, decades of stories, visitors from around the globe, yet they stay rooted to place. If these vines could talk! Creme brulee, hazelnuts, lemon zest and mineral thread and create a ethereal expression of restraint and place. Creamy pasta and seafood compliment this wine.
