This 100% Pinot Noir Rose is from the Riverbench Vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley where the vines were planted back in the 70s and the soils are made up of alluvial sand. The grapes are gently whole cluster pressed and ferment for 18 days in neutral French oak puncheons. The wine then ages sur lie for 7 months before bottling.
