Tyler 2022 Rosé of Pinot Noir
We carry this juice to stainless steel tank and old barrique for fermentation using native yeasts, and then raise the wine in neutral oak for about four months. The wine is unfined and filtered. The resulting wine speaks of the Sta. Rita Hills with unique clarity and tension: it is at once floral and mineral, carried by a through-line of bracing acidity and sea spray.
