Free shipping discount on orders over $200 (excluding tax) with code FREESHIP. May not be combined with other promotions or discounts.

All shipments must have an adult 21 or older present to sign for the package. It is strongly recommended to ship to a business address if available.

All wines purchased through our website are shipped via UPS. Due to state shipping laws, we currently ship to the following states: Alaska, California, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Virginia, Washington DC.

All orders will be processed in 1 - 3 days from receipt of order. The Wine Crush reserves the right to hold/postpone shipment during extreme weather conditions.

The Wine Crush makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside California. All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in this state. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverages. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old.
