2021 Midnight is immediately inviting with its inky purple hue and fruitforward aromatics. Initial notes of black currant and blueberry compote are followed by white pepper and fresh blackberries. The mouthfeel is juicy and lush, with finely textured tannins. The finish brings forward more savory character, black pepper, and vibrant acidity. This is delightful midweight blend had moderate tannins and will pair with a variety of cuisines.
