Hourglass 2022 Sauvignon Blanc

The 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is aromatically explosive.  Primary aromas of candied lime peel, mango, Meyer lemon, pomelo, and lemon grass emerge from the glass. Secondary characteristics of orange marmalade, honeysuckle, and fresh baked croissant offer an additional layer of richness and complexity. On the palate crisp zippy citrus tones and jasmine blossom weave with hints of brioche and wet stone minerality, providing nuance throughout.  15% Semillon gives further depth, and the mixture of steel and barrel fermentation contribute unparalleled texture and brightness.
