Winery Notes:

We make rose to enjoy at our dinner table and on weekend jaunts year-round. This expression of Cabernet Franc lets us share the variety’s broad palette of aromas and flavors – particularly its bright, brambly fruit and cool herbal details. Our first wine bottled each year, this rose is an early take onthe vintage and a refreshing sipper for the seasons to come. Aromas of rose hips, wild strawberry and white pepper lead to a palate of Thai basil, blood orange and raspberry. Our favorite dishes to pair with are Heirloom tomato and peach salad, shrimp tacos and Mediterranean mezze.
