The name Yamabuki is inspired by the kerria japonica or Japanese rose: reminiscent of the wine's hue and floral character. Full of vibrant aromatics, this wine is fragrant with notes of apricot, rose petals and a hint of fresh lime. Across the palate, there is delicate texture and a touch of almond flavor, reminiscent of a French macaron. This medium-bodied wine finishes with a touch of oiliness balancing out the bright acidity.
