Materra 2025 Yoshino Rosé

Winery Notes:

The 2025 Yoshino is a blend of Malbec and Grenache from our estate. We harvested both varietals separately and whole-cluster pressed them, followed by a slow, low-temperature fermentation to intensify the beautiful aromatics. The color is a pale rose-pink. The nose offers notes of fresh lychee and guava, with subtle note of watermelon candy. Across the palate, it is juicy, with nice bright acidity, and medium body. The finish feels crisp, with lingering notes of rose petal and tropical pâte du fruit candies, although there is no residual sugar.

Composition: 70% Malbec, 30% Grenache
