Winery Notes:
Medium purple with aromatics of candied cherry, spice, duck fat, earth, raspberry, mushroom, macerated strawberry, and dusty cherry. The palate shows medium structure with dark cherry, blueberry, plum, white pepper, leather, pomegranate liqueur, and cumin, supported by balanced acidity. A finish of saddle leather, dark cherry, and integrated tannins completes the wine.
Composition: 54% Grenache, 32% Syrah, 14% Mourvedre.
