Winery Notes:

This wine leads you in with aromas of orange blossom, lemon rind, and white peach, while the palette entices with hints of chamomile, poached almonds and crushed oyster shells. A beautiful saline minerality weaves through like a nerve, balanced by bright thirst quenching acidity. It shows a quintessential textured and slightly bitter finish that is a hallmark of Italian whites and keeps us coming back for more. It is a joy to pair with anything fresh off the grill, but we especially love it with the first vegetables of spring and fresh halibut.
