Winery Notes:
Immediately electrifying on the nose, with mouthwatering red and black licorice, candied cherry, and dried tamarind. A wisp of black pepper and mushroom hovers in the background, offering a new experience with each smell. Very soft at first sip with a round and silky texture, the wine reveals notes of strawberry, raspberry, clove, and cinnamon. Vibrant acidity and a light spiciness carry through a nearly endless finish.
Composition: 36% Mourvedre, 28% Grenache, 18% Tannat, 8% Syrah, 4% Counoise, 4% Mataro & 2% Graciano
