Sitting at 1,800ft elevation, our Creston vineyard rests on loamy soils with both granite and sedimentary content, allowing for deep rootstocks and excellent drainage. Combine with the cooling effect of moderate, fog-layered sea breezes that ake their way to the vineyard, the end result is Cabenret with thick skins, grippy tannins, and concentrated flavors of black cherr, currant, and baking spices.
