The Hayfork Charbono is sourced from the sustainably farmed Shypoke Vineyard in Calistoga, where the Heitz family has been growing Charbono since 1904. This wine is medium-bodied with with stunning dark ruby color and surprising structure. Charbono is approachable but proves its complexity and nuance with layers of earthy tannin and generous flavors of black plum, wild raspberry, warming spices, and bay laurel.
