The 2023 Hibou Red is a beautifully crafted blend that captures the depth and versatility of Sonoma Valley. On the nose, ripe black cherry, plum, and wild raspberry unfold gracefully to reveal hints of rose petal, cocoa, and spice. On the palate, layers of blackberry, cassis, and cherry compote are lifted by intriguing undertones of cedar and fresh tobacco leaf. Silky tannins and a seamless balance lead to a long, lingering finish peppered by dark fruit and warm spice.

Composition: 54% Malbec, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc
