Winery Notes:
Gamay and Grenache were fermented whole cluster but separately and Mencia was fermented de-stemmed and semi carbonic in a sealed tank. the wine was assembled in June 2023 as a cellar selection.
Composition: 48% Gamay, 28% Grenache, 24% Mencia
