Winery Notes:
An expressive blend that is dripping with aromas of cherries and ganache. Hints of black and blueberries, black forest cake, moist soil, and marzipan come out as the wine warms up. On the palate, dense, velvety tannins coat the tongue in suede, while bright acidity compliments roundness and weight with savory aromas of smoky meats and toasted sesame seed.
